What is Success for you? And how do you know you are on the right path toward it? I will explain the difference between motion and progress. With motion, you are working hard, but often find yourself stuck in the same place as before, with progress, you make a real change where it matters!

I will deep dive into how to create real progress so you will maximize the value you bring to your organization using three crucial aspects: KPI's, goals, and leadership.
You will learn the importance of finding the proper KPI that will provide clarity and focus for your team, how to find the right KPI for your project and why choosing the wrong KPI can hurt it and how.
I will share how to set a goal for the KPI you have chosen, which will encourage your team to "out of the box" thinking and will challenge them.
And, finally, explain why leaders need to take a step back and put the accountability and ownership on their team members, and why, once done right, it will bring the best out of them.
