He has filled many roles from developer to C-level manager, spent over a decade consulting. was a Professional Scrum Trainer, has authored 2 books, is an 8x Microsoft MVP, and wrote the RGScores application.
Today, he is a Distinguished Engineer at Willow, and runs the Sydney Alt.Net user group. He loves helping people and teams improve their skills and the value they deliver.
